Interesting start to the St. Joe's show on Sunday March 9th.
When we arrived, the Raritan Valley High Railers were set up in the center on the lunchroom.
Most of the vendor tables were moved to our usual spot in front of the windows, leaving us with about 4 feet of depth x 50 feet along the inside wall. Definitely not acceptable!
At 7am, the hallway location was still locked up, so Bill, Dave, Mike, and Phil unloaded the trailer, and drank some coffee while we waited for the show organizers to figure out where we could set up.
Finally, at approximately 8:15, "Mr. Janitor" was able to unlock the hallway so we could set up there. Norm was also able to join the setup team. Even with all the hands, we got a late start with the first trains running about 9:30, after the doors opened. Early crowds seemed a little light, but the layout did have a lot of visitors.
